REGISTRATION
OPEN REGISTRATION
Registration for the SPCOM 2010 Conference is open to all. Registration for Tutorials only, for Conference only or for both is possible.
EARLY REGISTRATION
The Early Registration rates appearing in the table below, apply ONLY to registrants who register on or before Monday, July 12th, 2010. If registering online by making use of a Credit Card, you must complete the online registration process by 5 pm, Monday, July 12th. If you are making the payment via a Demand Draft, then the Demand Draft must be RECEIVED at the Office of Conferences & Incentives Management (I) Pvt. Ltd. by 5 pm, Monday, July 12th.
Registration under the “Domestic Registrant” or “Foreign Registrant” category, includes admission to all technical sessions, conference proceedings, and 3 conference-day lunches. Registration as a “Domestic Student” includes admission to all technical sessions and 3 conference-day lunches.

LATE REGISTRATION
The Late Registration rates appearing in the table below, apply to registrants who register after 5 pm, July 12th, 2010. This includes online registrants who are unable to complete the online registration process by 5 pm, Monday, July 12th. If you are making the payment via a Demand Draft, then the Late Registration Fee applies if the Demand Draft is RECEIVED at the Office of Conferences & Incentives Management (I) Pvt. Ltd. AFTER 5 pm, Monday, July 12th.
Spot registrants who register on one of the conference dates at the conference site will also be charged the late registration fee.

Note: It is possible for domestic registrants to register for the SPCOM Tutorials alone. This can be done through demand draft, see below.
In case of Demand Drafts, registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
All Demand Drafts should be drawn in favor of ‘SPCOM 2010', and sent with the registration form to the following address:

Note: Please note that this option is not available to foreign Registrants.
No refunds will be made for cancellation of registration.
