REGISTRATION

Registration for SPCOM 2014 has started. Online registration ends on July 19 2014.

On-site registration: On-site registrations will be available on the days of the conference — 22 to 25 July — starting from 8 am each day at the conference venue.

Participants can choose to register for any combination of the events - conference and/or tutorial. People who register for tutorials can attend all the tutorials of their choice for the entire day.

The registration charges are shown in the table below.

       *Note: The conference bag will not be provided to "One day only" registrants 

Each paper requires a "regular" registration for "Conference" by an author. One "regular" registration for "Conference" covers up to three papers by the same author. (Example: If you are a student, and you are the only author who is going to register, then you must choose "regular" registration for conference. You can register as a student for the tutorials).

You must register and pay before you upload your final manuscript. If you are paying by NEFT or DD, please note that you can upload your final manuscript only after we have acknowledged receipt of payment on EDAS. Please allow for postal delays by registering and making a payment well in advance of the final manuscript submission deadline.

Payment Methods


 

(1). National Electronic Funds Transfer method (NEFT): Use NEFT to transfer funds from banks within India to SPCOM 2014. (Most preferred)

After making the transfer, return to the SPCOM 2014 registration page on EDAS, and enter the transaction details as instructed on that page.


 (2). Demand Draft: Demand drafts should be made payable to SPCOM 2014. Only demand drafts in Rupees payable on par at a Bangalore branch will be accepted. In your covering letter please indicate the name of the registrant (as in EDAS).

After obtaining the demand draft, return to the SPCOM 2014 registration page on EDAS, and enter your draft details as instructed on that page.

(3). Credit card: Pay with credit card on EDAS. Please note that your card will be charged in US Dollars. Your credit card might charge upto 6% extra currency conversion fees.


Accommodation

You can also request accommodation when you register via EDAS.

Please note that very limited accommodation is available. Accomodation is not guaranteed, and is given on a first-come-first-served basis (based on the date of the last update with arrival and departure information). If you requested accommodation, but later decide that you don't need it, then please remember to cancel your request.    

For students, only hostel accommodation on shared basis is likely to be available.

Payment should be made at the reception desk of the guest house or the hostel at the time of departure.
